A large amusement park surrounded by residential properties was always going to be a challenge in terms of maintaining licences as well as getting new ones granted. It originally had 2 licenses with very onerous conditions attached and its location also meant constant objections from local Councillors.
We successfully challenged attempts by the Licensing Authority to stop some long-established attractions within the park. They also applied for 2 additional licences which were granted for new trading sites too.
