Hiring additional staff during a trading administration has always been a sensitive situation for IP’s, many are (quite rightly in our opinion) uneasy to personally adopt contracts of employment for new employees.

The changes to employment law in April 2020 state “employers must provide their workers and employees with their written statement on or before their first day of employment, no matter how long they are employed for”.
