Our team comprises of industry professionals all of whom are specialists in their own fields giving us the flexibility to ensure we allocate the right people to your project. Andy Merricks

Founder and CEO of LSS Group, Andy has over thirty years’ experience in the hospitality sector, including over fifteen working in the recoveries and restructuring sector of this industry. In 2013 he decided to set up the LSS Group to offer a one-stop shop for all licensing services, management & support for the UK Hospitality industry.

Richard Pilbury

Richard is our Senior Case Manager and has over twenty five years ‘hands-on’ operational know how. Richard possesses a comprehensive range of skills across all areas of hospitality operations, this supports his provision of practical, actionable, and cost-effective strategies and solutions.

His adaptable mindset is reflected in his track record of success working with Proprietors of singular locations, Insolvency Practitioners and Multi Site Operators.

Gary Wooldridge

Gary has over twenty years of experience working in the accounting environment, having spent many years in the Education sector as a Finance Manager. Clarity and compliance are essential functions of his role and ensuring procedures are followed whilst adhering to best industry practice. A proven finance professional with a record of collaborating with operational management to best effect.

Frank Trivino

Frank heads up our Business Development team and has over thirty years first-hand experience of working with businesses of all types to develop, and improve, their revenue generation and brand.

As a past company director, and with practical experience across a range of sectors, Frank has a ‘real life’ understanding of the trials and tribulations of running a business and what it takes to create, and implement, an effective Sales and Marketing strategy.

Samantha Dain

As Financial Controller Samantha manages our Clients accounts and has over 10 years’ accounting experience and knowledge of working within the hospitality industry. She has worked to provide management, financial and analytical information to all stakeholders enabling them to have clarity to direct decision making.
