Andy is the Founder and CEO of LSS Group. He has over thirty years of experience in hospitality, including over fifteen in the recoveries and restructuring sector. He founded the LSS Group in 2013 to provide a one-stop shop for all licensing services, management, and support for the UK hospitality industry.
Andy has comprehensive experience of working with insolvency practitioners on trading and non-trading projects, with leading companies such as KPMG, PWC, Deloitte, BDO, FRP, RSM, Duff & Phelps, Quantuma, Griffins, amongst many others.
Having over 25 years ‘hands-on’ experience, Richard is our Senior Case Manager. Richard has a wide range of expertise in all areas of hospitality operations, which makes him a valuable resource in providing practical, cost-effective strategies and solutions.
The flexibility of his approach has led him to successfully work with owners of single-site businesses, insolvency practitioners and multi-site operators.
Stephanie joined LSS in 2021 and brings with her a wealth of accounting and industry-specific knowledge, including 5 years working for one of the UK’s leading corporate recovery and restructuring firms, making her uniquely qualified to offer the best advice to Insolvency Practitioners on all services LSS can offer.
As Financial Controller, Stephanie manages in-house accounts and payroll for clients, providing financial and management information to all stakeholders to assist them in making sound decisions.
